Kickoff in Rotterdam
On May 18, 2022, the first edition of Heart Work Heroes took place in Rotterdam, and for good reason. Until October 13, the statues were displayed in the city center, the Timmerhuis, and finally at Erasmus MC. The city is renowned as a creative and innovative place and is
particularly well-suited to bring a project like this to life. Both art and healthcare play a prominent role in Rotterdam. Together with largely Rotterdam-based artists, sculptures have been created to show our appreciation for healthcare professionals in Rotterdam.
